Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky met with US President Donald Trump at the White House on Tuesday to try and secure further US support against Russia. The visit came as Kyiv and Moscow had both ramped up long-range strikes and diplomatic efforts launched by Washington stalled more than four years after Russia's full-scale invasion.
