The main goal of "Adjara Group" during the next year is to offer new services, products and workspaces to customers. The CEO of "Adjara Group" Oto Berishvili and the director of Adjara Group restaurants and bars company Natia Chikviladze spoke to BMGtv about the 2023 strategy of the company operating in the field of hospitality in Georgia.

According to Oto Berishvili, it is important for the group that all products within the holding, be it hotels and bars or the direction of work spaces, are equally developed.

"Our goal for the coming years is to create the kind of services, spaces and products for everyday users, guests and foreign visitors that will improve the quality of their lifestyle even more. Thus, developing the direction of workspaces in a group is an important decision. Until now, they came to us more for leisure, however, for us, bringing the work part into the services was an important component, which implies new interesting spaces in different districts of Tbilisi and in the coming years, in different cities", said Oto Berishvili.

As for the direction of bar-restaurants, for the development of projects in this regard, the holding company established the restaurant and bar company of the Adjara Group, which will be focused on the formation of a strategic vision for this specific direction. Natia Chikviladze, director of the subsidiary company, notes that the management has thought out the development strategy in several directions.

"We thought a lot about what strategy should we start working with in 2023 and we have established the main directions we want to focus on. One of these, which at the same time will contribute to the development of the country, is the sharing of knowledge accumulated in this direction in the company. Our plan is to create platforms that help us achieve this goal. This will promote the development of the bar-restaurant industry in the country and the employment of more young people, who will be able to develop in our own company in the future", explained the director of the Adjara Group restaurant and bar company.
